Is anyone running 19's with a little poke and some stretch?

I am conisdering going a little wider 9" and 10" with an agressive off-set on 235/35 and 265/38 tires, but nothing to agressive. I am not slammed and i dont want to run a bunch of negative camber. I am just looking for the rim to stick out a couple of mm.

What is an aggressive offset on 9"/10" in your opinion? 265 on 10" has no stretch, so don't expect to poke and not rub.

Not sure really.. Agressive by OEM standards. I just want a very tiny bit I want to keep it practical for daily driving purposes. Looking for the rim lip to stick our a few mm at most.

My current wheels are 19 8.5" et25 up front and 19 9.5" et 25 in back. My Conti's just fit my 9.5 rims so I thought the 9 and 10 would give the tires a slight stretch. My rear fenders are rolled slightly to accomodate the et25 offset.

You can only pick one, Stretched Tire + Poking Rim or Meaty tire + no poke. You can't have a meaty tire such as 265 but still want your wheel to poke out past your fender unless the rim was really wide giving it a stretched tire. Technically it's possible but it'll be rubbing, haha

My tires now are 235 and 265. My 265/30 Conti's look anything but meaty. Like I said they just fit my rims now. I thought widening the rim a 1/2" would give it a little stretch. Maybe not enough... So are you suggesting go down to 255 on a 10" rim in order to get a little more stretch or maybe a 10.5" rim with the 265 tire?

Widening your wheel 1/2" with a 265 will definitely give you more of a wheel poke. If you want a bit more stretch on a x10 wheel, go with a 255 or 245 depending on how close you want it to sit to your fender. More stretch means a narrower tire on the rim so it doesn't come into contact with your fender. Generally, you wouldn't want to stretch more then you have to if you have enough tire/fender clearance. So from my understanding, a 255 will work perfectly fine for what you're looking for. It'll give you enough clearance to add a spacer for that flush fitment. I hope I helped out

Yea that was good stuff! What is the rim size/width in the pic posted? Looks to be a relatively mild stretch.

I like the idea of the wider tires so I can get more sidewall between my rim and the road. Are there clearance issues when bumping up to a 9.5 and 10.5 wheel? I suppose doing that though would lower the offset resulting in less concavity?

Wider wheel and lower offset yields more concavity..
255 on 10" is a baby stretch, but sounds like what you want.
