Unhappy Why doesn't my car start? We challenge with tag of mechanic and BMW dealer.

Hello all.
Write to this forum for the first time.
If possible, lend me your wisdom and imagination.Dealer service and mechanics are also in the labyrinth.

My 2006 E92 320i (not have confort acsess) is suddenly stoped starting.

~3month ago.~
My brother drived this car.(running mileage about oneway 100km).
That day, he finished the perfect drive and stopped by 7-11. When he came out of the store, the engine didn't start.
He asked me for help.
[Key lock/unlock] is OK.
[Insert key slot] silent
[Steering lock] is not release.
[Radio] is On.
[Seatbelt support] is OK.(As usual, have not grasped.)
-Press the starter button-
No cranking.Silent.
a few seconds lataer, Warning sound and warinig light on display.
radio and seatbelt support is OFF.

This was Repearted.

At that time, when I rushed, I removed the negative of the battery and installed it again after a few minutes.
[All OK]
[Engine started]

As a precaution, I took it back to my garage and turned off the engine.
Repeated devil symptoms・・・・

Also, the battery negative was removed and attached a few minutes later. However, it does not move.
Look at your information, and exchange [Relay: 61366901469]
[Engine started]

Still, Repeated devil symptoms again.
I didn't understand the cause, it was perfect for three months until yesterday.

~It's awkward.~
The response from the car is exactly the same.
However, no matter what you do, the engine will not start.
<BMW service answer>
「Since the remote control key and radio are on, the CPU and CAS are alive.」
「It will be cured if the steering column shaft is replaced. This is a simple task that can be fixed at any maintenance shop.」

I asked the best mechanic (hereafter My Mechanic is M.M.) I trust and immediately replaced it with a new one. His work was perfect.
However, the engine did not start.(Since the steering column shaft was new, it was only saved that it was unlocked.)

・[Buttely jump (under the front food)] Not start.
・[Steering column shaft replacement] Not start.
・ Mysterious error symbol
・ No. 61 Hughes (I think that my car is assigned to the central locking system, which may vary depending on the car model and year) always blows.
・Why was it fixed? Why did it suddenly recur?
・ Since there is only one key, I am thinking of making another one (Do you think there is a possibility of immobilizer error?)

Do you have any suggestions?
I really like it, so I want to spend a peaceful time ...
Eventually, it will be taken over by the BMW service, but now it is trial and error with M.M.
I'm sorry that it's hard to read. thank you for reading.

Did you scan your vehicle with a BMW Scanner to see what codes are coming up.
stop replacing parts, scan your car first, what codes do you have?
do not delete the codes, read them and post them here.

also
see this post as a possible issue:
https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1444544
and
https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...1035873&page=2
and:
https://www.pelicanparts.com/techart...ound_Strap.htm

this is just a common issue, so first inspect your ground strap on the driver's side of your engine, is it corroded?

if your ground is good, then the next hint is your steering wheel not unlocking.
possible issue with key not being read by car.

good luck

Wink Thank you Mr.BashShah.I'm grateful.

Thank you Mr.BashShah.I'm grateful.
I haven't seen the ground so I'll peek tomorrow.
...The snow has piled up.
Mr.BashShah may think so, but I think it's a simple place.

However, the key error is scary.
The error I caught is ...

[now]

If it is an immobilizer, will it be cured by ordering a new key from bmw?
After all, the connection between immobilizer error and display error is not satisfactory.
M.M. has Autel Maxis, but it doesn't seem to work well unless the ignition is turned on.
I have a simple error reader, but I'm wondering if I should buy a diagnostic machine with more specialized programming.

Check the Comfort Access Fuse to see if its blown and try to start the car again. The PA bus is directly connected to all outside door handles, CAS and CA module. The CAS module will report the immobilizer fault, and the DDE will validate the fault.

Wink Thanks Mr.RoughKnight

Thank you for your reply Mr.RoughKnight.
Today, when I contacted another bmw dealer as a second opinion, I found out that my car was equipped with a comfort access system. This is a major advance.
The reason for this is that the No.61 fuse, which is immediately clear, is for comfort access.

The bmw dealer also said that there were reports of examples of Comfort Access errors!

Mr.RoughKnight Your advice will take you to the next step. Thank you.

Thank you for ALL!!

This car will enter BMW dealer service tomorrow.
M.M.tried again the night before his holiday. He said I have something I want to try.
As a result, he succeeded in starting the engine!!!
I received a report and rejoiced, but once again turned off the engine and returned to the beginning.

[What he did]
・under the fuse box conecter pulled out.(maybe Junction Box. He said black&blue conecter)
・A 61th fuse was inserted between them.(15A!! Nomally-5A,10A cut immediately)
・Then use the diagnostic machine to clear the error and reset the counter.
and He heard the sound of the steering lock moving. and Fire!!

I asked M.M. to repeat engine start-off many times. And my car is fall down to hell again.
Tomorrow, the vehicle will be transported to the M.M. company and headed for BMW dealer service.

It's a little lonely that the IRON LUMP is gone. I will report again when the answer comes out.
thank you for All.
