enclosed trailer tire downs?

new to BMW 335i, looking for advice on how to tie the car down in an enclosed car trailer that only has front and rear strap down points. thks

Use a J-Hook and knock out your jack pads. Then there will be a hole you can throw the J-Hook up and secure.

Or (depending on type of flooring in your trailer) you can install e-track/a-track on the flooring and go over the top of the wheels. Works well when you have limited space. Mac's has solutions for really every type of situation, but I really like their tire block strap option.
