N52 3 Stage Manifold, Tuned now getting 2FA4 Because of wrong powerclass

Hello, I recently tuned my 2008 328i MSV80 with a the 328 to 330 tune from BL. After the tune I get the 2FA4 error code, my CAS shows klasse_1 and my 6BMOT shows wert_00. I tried several guides that say you can edit those value but they all failed. My research got my to this forum to a post were cheerio was able to modify the powerclass byte but I havent managed to figure out how to modify these on my tune file that i got from BL. it said to modify 0X26BA on HW#861300 and 0x2191 on HW#7602220.

Can someone please help shed some light on how to do this?

this is what I followed on my MSV80 when I encountered wrong powerclass, I was able to get it fixed within 10 ish minutes.

Ive tried it several times. When I try to change the cas it gives an error. It doesn't seem to like being set to a 0 because if a do a bank man update it seems to respond normally. If a try the 6bmot it behaves like it does it, even the cars dash lights react but when I check, the change wasnt done its still a 0

I had this issue before and couldn’t change the power class. What I did was reset the ecu using one of the options on ncs and reflash everything. That seemed to do the trick

Do you mean flashing the blank .MAN file? And then reflashing the tune?
