Too late to change interior color?

Hey guys, i ordered my '09 335xi coupe a few weeks ago...i didnt get a production number or anything and im not even sure if production has started.

Originally i had ordered Black Dakota leather (standard for '09s in Canada) but now im having doubts and feel like i would regret not getting Coral leather like i had originally wanted to but backed off....do you think its too late to tell my CA i want to change the interior color?

Thanks

It's not too late until your car is already in production. But even then, it may be possible to change it depending on what the production code is. I would call your CA ASAP and get the your production number and status. If your car is status 112, then you can change anything and everything you want. If it's 150-something, then you may be out of luck.

I believe you can change all options before it goes into production (status 150). Thats what my CA said recently, but I remember in 01 when I ordered an X5 they told me certain options could be changed at certain points in the process.

At any rate, it doesn't hurt to ask and you should get what you want, right?

Oh, and your car might already be built, as is mine.

Try the sales manager. That's usually who the CA refers to.
