I am not sure what is causing it. I'm still experiencing these symptoms.

From what i can see after reading numerous posts is, that this is not tune related.
Some guys are able to mask the symptoms by running different maps but you are not fixing the root cause.

I am stock and so are many other guys experiencing this same problem.

I emailed a log to my tuner of it doing it and he verified it wasn't a tune issue because he has both of the banks the same and bank 2 acts worse than bank 1
I pulled my injectors and found carbon build up on all the tips, injectors have 90k on them and have probably never been clean by previous owners, gonna go ahead and clean them and put them back in, any suggestions on what to clean the tips with? Brake clean?

What index are these and how do you now they only have 90k on them?

Let us know if you notice any changes.

1, and I'm assuming they have never been changed, I couldn't even pull the last injector out cause it's stuck, I have to fab up a puller at work tomorrow to try and get the last one out

I have 0 issues on my custom tune. Whenever I switch to OTS Map when I'm out of ethanol, the surging returns.

Usually that is the case. You feel the surging power during cruising speeds in the lower rpm range, even with cruise control.

Any update with your injector job?

Waiting on seals to come in, still need to get the last injector out too, gonna clean the tips with brake clean then rub them in alcohol to get rid of moisture

I think you are wasting your money replacing all of your injectors.

Have you recorded a log yet when the car is doing that oscillating? That should give you tons of info
.

I also agree that replacing them is a waste but because the ones I have now are index 1s and it's clearly a fuel delivery issue idk what else to replace cause I've replaced a lot of factors. I have a log of it doing it, tuner doesn't know either

I had this same issue years ago and it 100% was a leaking injector for me. Under very light load situations, like going down a gentle hill that took a tiny bit of throttle was the worst. I didnt figure it out until the injector got really bad and swapped it. Then the issue was gone. If you have index 1 injectors, I bet changing/coding fixes it.

I had the same problem for about 1 year with no codes. Then I got a code for the vanos solenoids. I changed both out since I had 110k miles on the originals and it went away. I use to have a lumpy idle on 1st start-up too, now it's all smooth. Good luck.

Did your afr banks jump up and down while it was stuttering during cruise?

You have wild oscillations just on bank 2. If you log the STFT you can see it bouncing around to try and compensate.

You could try reversing the injector order in the banks and re-coding them to see if the problem follows the injectors to bank1. If the problem stays in bank2 then I would be focused on the O2 sensors.

Okay I'll try that, I've already replaced the 02 sensor to try and fix it but nothing

No codes, and it was around 2000-2500 rpm. Highway cruising speed. I dont know if it would happen < 2000, I dont cruise at that RPM (manual transmission).
