1. Wash car
2. clay bar it
3. paint protectant/sealer
4. wax

Can you guys explain in short what order should I do it? Any other steps missing?

You've got the correct order there.

You may also wish to add in a machine polishing step after the clay bar to really enhance the gloss of your paint.
