rattlefix 29.2 + Cobb = bad ?

Hi
I have gotten the rattlefix for my 01/2007 335i.
The software is probably more recent than 29.2.

Now, without Cobb installed, the engine seems to run fairly ok. More noice, some turbo lag though.

But with Cobb STG 2+FMCI installed, the engine stutters, stumbles and backfires.
(necessary hardware for STG 2+ is mounted)

Is this a known problem?
My original ECU number was I742S.
It was changed to I8A0S when the rattlefix was made.

I have read some of this thread, but did not get any wiser.
