I drive an e90 330i N52

I like to tinker so today i was checking out the MAF in case it needed a clean, to my surprise what i pulled out was this......

After a quick google this appears to be a e60 530i MAF?

My 3 series is throwing up no error codes, but the MAF also has 2 less "prongs" that plug in compared to the visuals on an e90 330i MAF version.

Should i get this switched out ASAP? Is there any reason a previous owner would have done this? Will this have had any affect on the car?

Any comments appreciated.
