Most likely a decent Down and probably based on the high residual % that BMW had back in 07.

he wants 4500 down.... only a good deal with 0 down, its 14 months 11000km left!

with the 4500 down the aprox actual cost is 590/month and you only have 25km a day allowance

+1 let not forget the ride quality and interior... sti has nothing on bmw (not talking performance at all...)

LOL i am sure that over all 335 is probably a better car but for sheer excitement it has to be the sti. If you guys have ever experienced the thrill of the power in sti it is pretty amazing. 335 is a perfect all rounder in its clas however the power delivery is too smooth the chassy is too soft to be a real thriller. Plus driving wise the sti would be more user friendly due to its four wheel drive setup.

very well said, actually my friend has a sti and its a little monster, as you said bmw's are to refined! thats why im sticking with my 350 and a 3 series instead of the 335/m3, best of both worlds

hey all,
just want something that's easy to tune and work on, plus being in calgary AWD is a must as i've found out. i know it's only 14months left, but i don't enjoy driving it.
i thought 4500 down for 265/mo and a 29000 buy out ain't bad for a 52K dollar car AND new snows on alloys. maybe not, might just be the economy? sure there's only 11K Km left to go on the lease but i only drive it 45km a day with the odd trips to the mountains jacking up the KMs.
that's ma story...shoulda just replaced the tranny on the old STi vs. trading it in
having owned a 400whp STi and driven my dad's 335, i'll take the subie any day!!!

it doesn't beat 335 in a straight line because of its rally car areo dynamic. But everywhere else it is so much faster. Turbo cars with mega power are huge thrills and huge fun when u floor them.

yea true but just keep the sti at 300 to 350 whp then the stock turbo will last a long time.

How can a 2007 328i with 38000 km be worth 35000$ ?
You say you bought it for 52000$ ???

A brand new 328i 2009 starts at 39900$ with 0 km on it...
45000$ with your options and no rebate or discounts...

Way too high of a price...

I got a 07 e90 and walked into a dealer the other day seeing if they have any good deals and what can they do if I hypothetically get a new car off them...

Long story short, BMW is losing over $10k in terms of residual over my car. Their loss is my gain. If I want to swap car now, they'd want me to pay back the difference that they are losing. So heck no, I'm gonna beat this car up and chuck it back to them.

I'd say same for you. We got a great deal with the high residual back in 07 for leasing. Drive the heck out of it for the next little bit and chuck it to them. Put the 10k+ you saved onto your next car.
