I clicked "disable brake pad wear sensor" or something along those lines and my dash brake light stayed on.
Put new pads on 2 days ago.
Was also able to code out license plate light check(because I put led bulbs)
4/12 things I want to code I have done, the other 8, I have no clue what to look for.

Halos light up when door is unlocked(welcome lights?)
Brighter halos
Brighter headlights
Disable brake pad wear sensor
Reset fog light frm (so my left fog light can work again)
Driver door window rolls up automatically when driver door is open.
Brake lights blink when strong force is applied to them

One feature I would like, but not sure if its codable on any platform/program, is to have the rest climate button serve as "all" button when the car is on. "All" as in it changes the passenger climate to the drivers climate without turning the passenger knob. Some e9X have this "all" feature. Would be cool to use my rest button as an ALL button when the car is on, as the rest button doesn't do anything until the car turns off.
Agreed about rest/all button. I have LCI, so no rest functionality. Wish I had it though. If you (or anyone) knows how to add it/activate it on LCI, would be great.

For almost all my coding I followed the process listed above with having the car running, shutting off, turning on again. I think I have to decrease the required activation time for my side mirrors though, but that has been my only issue.

Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge on this chimes in, and hopefully it can be done with this app!

I don’t mind the 3 second delay on the key fob to make the mirrors close.

I think I have read somewhere that it was enabled by coding.
I spent a good 45 minutes trying to locate that thread, but came out with nothing.

Also today I tried to code the 5 blink, the car was running, tapped 'finalize coding', got prompted to recycle ignition, tuned the car off, removed key, restarted the car...3 blinks only no idea what's going on.

I too read a thread earlier where someone mentions it can be coded in, but no other replies were made.
Some say to hold the all button for 4 seconds after the car turns off to activate the rest feature. Idk.

Does you option for 5 blink say active once the coding is done?

I coded the 5 blinks and it almost seems like too many blinks, lol!

Yes, when I cycle the ignition; the app disconnects of course, then connects again.
Then when I go back to the option; it's set to 5!

Ok on mine, under safety on the main menu, I click footwell module then the second and third options are
Turn signal blink count(2)
Turn signal blink count(3)
I set both of those to active.
I also realized once I press finalize coding, the code is written even if I don’t cycle the ignition.(I have the car on the whole time.)

Can I register a battery, activate the fuel lift pump to prime the fuel filter, and code the trunk lid close button, legal disclaimer at ignition using the bimmer geeks pro tools app?
Has anyone tried the wifi adapter for it, or stick to blue tooth/wired connection?
Thanks!

I have not tried wifi/bluetooth. I know you can register battery, remove disclaimer, and code trunk button. I have removed disclaimer myself.

Hopefully! Ha
I just did it on a friends e90.
After coding, when you push the stalk down it blinks once, but after that it’s 5 flashes.

What is this trunk coding that is being mentioned?

Finally figured out one touch driver window when car door is open.
Also double impulse hazards

By any chance did you enable key eject on car off?

Do I need to upgrade frm modules so I can have welcome halo lights?
My friends e90 has that option when hooked up to ProTool, but I do not.

Maybe compare the hardware and software versions between your car and yoir friend's. That might be why.
I believe Protool does give you both info.

Yeah 1234 worked. I just wish the coding options made more sense....or where more descriptive.

Anyone played with any of the expert settings?
Could it be used to code CD Changer for example? or some other functionality?

Expert settings is Tool32 basically. It has nothing to do with coding. Unless you're familiar with Tool32 and know how to use it I wouldn't touch it. You can really FUBAR something up if you don't know what you're doing.

Not sure what you mean by "It had nothing to do with coding".
And yes, it looks mighty scary and could render the car into a really heavy paper weight!

I did find a video of you showing how to enable digital speed on dash

https://youtu.be/UoAK2d97HjQ

I'll try researching more on tool32 and what can do. Thanks.
