Logs from JB4 pump flash via cobb map 1 and 2.

Trying to up upload csv file but keeps coming up invalid.

Any way it pulls to redline.

On stock turbos i couldn't run map 2 on pump fuel but with rbs it looks ok compared to stock.

Looks like your right on target. So when can we see some logs at 20psi?

If Helix doesn't come out with a release date soon for new intercooler I'm going to buy another type. After I install 255 pump and pcv valve I'll try race flash and map 7

I'm going to try race flash with E50 and try map 7.

That will probably be the highest boost I'll go.

Its fast enough for now. I'm more keen for LSD now

Can now run map 5 with pump fuel. AVG ign is at 3.2 which is boosting approx 16 and pulls to 6500-7000.

Had an issue with light acceleration.

Sent terry a help thread via n54tech, replied within minutes and received another map within 24 hours.

It made it a more linear throttle which makes it smooth from a crawl at 1000rpm through boost tip in which i'm loving.

I'm not sure how much better the BB flash is going to be.

I have changed from cobb back end flash to bb pump flash.

Worked fine I had terry look at logs and looked fine, he suggested changing menu 4-2 to 4-3 for more mid range boost.

Butt dyno felt improved mid range for sure. More torque than any other flash I've had so far. This is just on map 1.

When you hold it in 2nd still doesn't break traction.

I have full boost buy 2500rpm 15psi map 1, menu 4-3

I did get some codes related to usa models emissions systems ca13 and ca16 and 2ef4 which is thermostat, which i have just replaced. windscreen jets are just dribbling out i wonder if i have missed a vacuum house?

Heres an image of pump flash.

If you are in Australia and are thinking about getting a bt cable to flash your car you will also have to learn how to use tuner pro.

The emissions from BMS maps are different to AU maps and you will get codes all the time, engine check light.

The flash is for for USA cars only. The only way to get rid of them is to change tables in tuner pro or turn auto clear codes on.

I'm now ready to see how PTF flash's go.

I have just signed up today and waiting for a map.

Just PTF.

I contacted wedge about using BB flash but thats it.

BB bms Flash was fine but it is not for Australian cars and i kept getting codes for emissions.

Paid for PTF tune a week ago and had an email today about starting a map.

PTF first tune is quicker than bms pump flash, via cobb or bb.

I'm totally stoked.
Spools quicker and pulls harder.

The throttle issue is resolved, without asking jake to do anything.

All logs from tuning are on datazap brule.

PTF did not respond to revision maps I only got three that had a lot of timing corrections.
Jake never replied to emails and when he did he just wrote that he'll send a revision and never did. This went on for months before I gave up with them.

Contacted Dzenno explaing what happened and he put me back on to Jake who had the same service which was 3 maps over a couple of weeks then no revisions after a few emails I give up again and had a map which had corrections everywhere.

This is over a 8 month period, I contacted Dzenno again letting him know I was pissed about what happened again he said he would make me a map just send Jakes map and logs and hell make one for me.

This was 2 weeks ago and I was never contacted so I wrote an email asking for a refund.

He never answered the question but apologized profusely for what had happened and said he will tune my car.

Two months ago I already contacted Wedge and Buraq to start tuning.
I got a map the next day.

Did 5 revisions and couldn't get throttle the way I wanted it an I had wastegate rattle still.

stopped tuning

Contacted RB and he wrote a list and said do it they wont rattle. only things on the list i haven't changed were solenoids and canisters.

ordered new boost solenoids and canisters

As soon as I put solenoids in rattle was gone.

Started tuning had another 4 or 5 revisions

all was good

throttle still had a bump in it that it had when i had stock turbos, i reset throttle fuel trims and lamba on bt cable and it was gone, this was happening for two years even had terry tune it out ages ago but it came back when i went to cobb.

Bought a new intercooler Ambient Thermal Dynamics

I randomly emailed Buraq Saturday morning and got 5 revisions and 6 maps in one day, checked my tires and they are getting too bald to be doing any more 3rd 4th logs.

I am currently on 12th revision since trouble shooting and changing intercooler.

I think Jake and Dzenno are very good tuners but I did not receive anything like people have on these forums.

They were always too busy or unorganized to tune my car so I went to wedge.

The tuning is all done on BP ultimate only.

I still have a stock clutch so if i add e85 or ms109 my clutch will go.

I'm making around 410-410 on virtual dyno

So what type of tyre are you going to buy?

PTF have been pretty good for me so far, but my tune would be 'easier' than yours i imagine

That's great to hear that you were able to resolve the wastegate rattle you were chasing. :-)

That's good info regarding Wegde and buraq, a local RB customer may change to Cobb from JB4 at some stage and I suggested a remote custom flash via PTF, but perhaps I will give Ken a go instead.

Wedge tune smoked any JB map+flash map I could get on bp ultimate.

I will be trying JB again when on ms109 and E85 mix.

My goal is to have Intakes, Clutch and HKS exhaust by last drag meet this year. (and LSD and Inline pump I have had for 8 months) Probably cost another $6000-7000 really.

Brule, what boost are you running on the Wedge flash and if it is above 21psi, how are you logging it?
