CPO coverage

Thermostat failed. is this a CPO part? have any of you had this and the waterpump replaced under CPO?

Mine failed last year and my car is CPO, they told me its not covered. So i just went to RMP to get it done.

they told me it wasnt covered at 2 dealerships.
