WILLZ.CA
Has anyone used willz.ca to purchase a car (either from Toronto, or sourced from the US). How was the experience, what were the savings?
The whole idea of buying a car without physically seeing it in person, or having it inspected for repaint/accident repair/mechanical issues worries me. Is there any recourse if the vehicle ends up being in bad mechanical shape or accident repair? Last edited by d-burn; 08-22-2010 at 05:08 PM.. |

I know Will personally, but haven't purchased a car through him yet. The guy is a stand-up kinda guy. He will find you the hard to find car you are looking for.

Hi all,
Wanted to bump this old thread I started years ago. I originally ruled out the auction/broker route because I wasn't sure I was up for the risk of buying a car sight unseen, but I'm starting to think the savings might be worth the risk as long as I target vehicles with good condition reports from the auction house. Anyone have experience with Willz.ca, or any other similar service in the GTA? If so, please comment, and recommend willz or others if you've had a good experience. Alternatively, if anyone has a lease ending on their 328i/335i e92 or 335i e90 soon that they are planning to return, and is willing to be so kind as to let me purchase the vehicle 3rd party at the residual/buy out price, send me a message. I'll toss you a little something for your troubles, and to put towards your next ride. Thanks! |

I used Will when we bought our e90 328i 2 years ago. It was off lease from BMW financial. He would send me info on each car that was going to be available, along with details of the car. We bought it without even looking at it, didn't have any problems, and the car had about 16 months or 27K km to go on the warranty. It worked well for us.
