In each video the subject is briefly put out of camera view. It's most noticeable in the last video with the rice. It's out of frame at 2:50 and it comes back right after for the trick and then goes out of frame again at around 5:30 and they come back in frame to taste and ensure they are real peas.

Same scenario with the $100 and the iphone. There is no reason for him to swing the phone out of frame to his other side. None.

Rubber bands are switched at exactly 1:00 when the hand holding them is deliberately out of view.
