Im guessing he's the guy with all the downpipes on kijiji. Click on "see sellers other ads" and it becomes pretty clear, pretty fast he is re selling aliexpress junk.

I don't know anything about this cobb lawsuit, but cobb does make chargepipes, and so does the kijiji seller in question..

I payed $78 dollars more and got them from N54tuning. Im super happy with them and they got great reviews. Plus the backing of a bunch of people on here.

Damn, the DPs were recommended to me when I was about to order the N54 tuning ones, I guess I have aliexpress downpipes now

Someone should post this on BMW True North, I know some other people there that have ordered from him.
