Which Fluid Next?

My xDrive is at around 62K now and I'm going to start changing the drive train fluids. What should I do first? Transmission or differentials? I'd just do it all at once but since a lift is needed and I don't have access to one, I'll be paying for at least the labor to have it done. Also when should the transfer case fluid be changed?

I had them all changed at once when I bought my car @ 66k miles - got a small break on labor, especially with trans/transfer case fluids at same time.

Why do you need a lift? A jack and 4 jack stands work well.
