Exclamation Light malfunction - need help ///video attached

I've had this problem for months now and have asked for help in other threads and got nothing so far. I am trying my luck again. Here is the scenario. Left side of car, all turning lights work.. Right side of car only turning light in the headlight works.. the right tail light and right side marker do not work.. check out the video.

I've checked all the bulbs and all are good. I tried the side marker on the other side of car and it works fine. I took all the bulbs out of the tail light and tried it on the other tail light and they all work. I've also disconnected the battery for 10 min.

any feedback is greatly appreciated.

you will need to visit BMW , so someone with a BMW tester.
The problem may lie in the JBE footwell module. the only way to see 100% is to run a diag on the lights id guess

thank you for your advice, unless anyone else has any other suggestions i guess this is my only option for a permanent fix.

i found a temporary solution.. tapping in to pin #12 on the right headlight harness and running a wire to the hot wire on the side marker and also to the corresponding pin on the tail light.. tested with all wires outside of car, error still there but works. depending on the price the stealership quotes i might consider this a permanent solution lol
