Did you do a scan of the car first?

If I recall correctly different things become active based on what it sees after a scan of the car. Fooled me the first time. I think I had the same problem.
Scan all the modules for faults.

sry for the late answer

when releasing the brake, he now rolls forward again! maybe it was only relerning.

but now sometimes i hear strange noises from the transmission and i dont like it ^^

When I put R Mode and off the brakes, he gets really heavy and pretends he's drowning and shooting RPM up a bit.

I think I didnt do the adaption right and i will try agian or go directly to bmw
