No Syndiesel is not a lubricity additive it just increases the cetane count-its a race fuel for diesels. If you are adding it to diesel fuel you dillute the lubricity additive in the diesel fuel which adversly impacts the wear scar score. Add a lubricity additive like Power Service or the like when using this product.

What lubricant should I use to run it straight? Any thoughts on power increase straight vs. blended? Will try when my tank gets low, I still have 5 gal left.

Most any will do. Power Service Diesel Klien is usually readily available at most auto parts stores. Bio diesel is excellent too. If you're interested in a comparison test do a search I posted a lubricity additive test on here a while back.
