LSD Installer

Hi guys,

I ordered the L.S.D. today from Birds in the U.K. Hopefully it will be here early next week.

I will use either Parramatta Prestige, ALS Performance Tuning or Peak RPM Parramatta to do the work. Has anyone here had any experience with any of these service centres?

Cheers.

Parramatta Prestige is a wrecker. Avo has just had his E36 M3 S50B30 turbocharged by BCars.

Each BMW specalist workshop (like any) have varying levels of quality workmanship. No experience with any of the others, I've seen some of the work they do though. Probably a flip of the coin really IMO as to who to use.

Thanks. food for thought. I've just ordered a new bonnet. LSD will probably be next.

I'll post a review once it is installed. It may take a couple of week to arrive.

Cheers.

If anyone knows of an unfortunate person to perhaps total their 335i (Step) I'd appreciate a heads up, that way I can try and buy a diff that can be upgraded rather than deal with the welded crown issue. Have spoken to a few euro wreckers and they have not seen any todate

Simon - best of luck with the alts, we will need to get on the track at some time to see if the LSD on it's own or improved suspension (I am having my PSS9's installed Friday) gives the better bang for buck.

I am heading to Wakefield next week for another track day against the Porsches, Ferrari's etc. I was hoping to have both the LSD and V2 but is does not possible time-wise at this point.

Cheers.
