Having said that since you do extended trips per day, conventional tyres would be much better for you as they're so much smoother and quieter! |

Wont the NRMA patch a tyre? Then pump it for you
Thats what im counting on at least, Perhaps I should buy a puncture kit for the car.

I've continued on with the BMW assist after my car's BMW premium select warranty expired mainly for convenience and believe it or not they were cheaper than the NRMA. I think all they do if you get a flat is tow you to the nearest town and if there is no tyre in stock they put you up in a hotel until a tyre can be ordered in. In this scenario the tyre shop is going to see you have a BMW the vehicle has been towed require special low profile tyres they'll charge exorbitant price for a replacement tyre.. That's why I carry a spare and slime when I go on a decent drive day/weekend.
I havent heard of NRMA patching tyres up though? |

Yeah I have no idea if they do, I just though they would carry kits, and have an air compressor in their vans.
My cars at tyrepower right now having MPSS put on, so I might swing by super cheap on the way back and pick one of these up. http://m.supercheapauto.com.au/Produ...menuFrom=90505 |

The official BMW mobility kit
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BMW-Genui...wAAOSwZd1Vb8xU FWIW I believe the options you buy at SCA etc are much cheaper, I bought this as I'm a typical BMW wanker and it fits in the plastic tray above the tools and the bag has a wanky BMW logo stitched on it In hindsight I should have bought one for $50 and put it in the BMW umm spare wheel well.... |

I love my GTR's!
I was going to buy a R34 VS2 but thought the 335i would be more appropriate for a guy in his 30's and wont gather any special attention from the boys in blue... In hindsight I should have got the R34 as they havent depreciated and my 335i is a weekend car now anyway... Do you guys know of a R32 with the NSW plates AKA747? He pulled up at united the other day it sounded very fkn angry and it was rocking full drag slicks on the st haha |

Ive had my R32 for over 12 years now and wouldnt trade it for anything. Nothing wrong with owning one in your 30s. Im 33 and love driving it. Its quite loud with a 3.5" titanium exhaust and built motor pushing 430kw at all four wheels on 21psi and only on 98ron (no e85 in wollongong ). Surprisingly i dont get hassled at all in it. Probably because im not a douche when i drive it, i save it for the race track. Its my weekend car and the 335i is my daily. Ive never seen that AKA747. There have been a few very big GTR builds going on lately which are pushing the limits and are still street registered. |

The louder the better IMO, especially with a set of tomei cams nothing out there sounds better than an angry RB AKA747 had a set of matouk (?) racing stickers down the side of the car, and looked like a neat R32 drag car |

Mine has a set of Type B poncams and sounds like a rotary on idle, and quite angry at full throttle especially with a 50mm external gate and screamer pipe. If there is a Maatouks sticker on the side of it, safe to say its means business. |
