(HELP) installed jb4, car wont start (HELP)

Hi. I just installed a jb4 into my 2008 335xi and everything worked, Bluetooth connected and I could adjust settings. But everytime I attempt to start the car, it just cranks and doesn't turn over. I bought the jb4 used. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Also thought to add that sometimes there is a loud whining in the front of the car. The car was working perfectly before this (around 3 hours ago).

Set jb4 to map 0 then try. If that doesnt work check harness connections if they are good remove it.

I set it to map 0, still just cranks and doesn't start. All my connections seem good too. I am getting 12.1 volts through the entire jb4, no idea why its not working.

Usually means something is plugged in backwards or not seated properly. Post photos of the install if you want help.
