Hey guys something is a bit wierd with my transmision

When the car is cold, the transmision slips in 2 and 3 gear,

Once i use the car for a while the transmision starts working properly.

All this slips are at very low rpsm. Leas than 2,000-2500

Any thougths??

Dying internals.. probably your internals starting to run into end of life.
You could try a complete oil refill. This might help you for some months.... I have did it 3 times on my old car. Eventualy I had to rebuild the box. Costs were about 2000 euro including parts and oil.
You could go for a level10 upgrade. I looked into this but decided based on the information I had to just rebuild it with standard ZF parts.

could be... manual has a different algorithm... same with DKG-> when set to sports mode, the DKG clutch process is more agressive -> Less slip...
