DSC Malfunction need help please
Hi, i recently replaced Serpentine Belt, Tensioner, pulley, oil cooler gasket and coolant flush. while i was bleeding the coolant it was shooting out from the bleeder gap for 10 minutes straight non stop i had to put a rag on top of the cap and it was draining down onto my vacuum line/ 2 vacuum box i don't know what this box is called it has 3 vacuum line going into each box its located on the right side of the coolant reservoir near the bottom of the injector , coolant was getting all over my engine( valve cover off) i had to stop the bleeding process because my 7 liter oil pan catcher was getting full. after i empty my oil pan catcher i redid the bleeding but this time the pump turn on and off not contanly on like before. After the bleeding i hose my engine off with water.i start the car at idle for about two minutes, then I started revving it and the first few light revs were fine. It came back to idle just fine with no indication of any problems. Then, I opened up the throttle and heard a pop. The car went into reduced power with DSC faults and threw codes. The revs just bounced from 1000-1500 rpms.
P1638 Throttle Valve Position Control; Throttle Stuck Temporarily P1633 Throttle Valve Adaptation; Limp Home Position P1639 Throttle Valve Position Control; Throttle Stuck Permanently Also i heard a small hiss/whine coming from the vacuum box after i turn off the car but it went away few mins later, the passenger side sensor from the wheel well(in a black box) got soak from the coolant/water. Thank you |

Not sure what kind of coolant flush process you used, but I don't recall anything about coolant shooting out everywhere in the how-to videos I watched.
Let the car dry, remove the battery leads to kill power to all modules for a couple hours, check fuses in the meantime, then put it all back together and let us know how it goes. Unfortunately it could be worse than simply drying things out.
