I have the 9500ix and i love it for in town use. Barely ever get false alarms around the LA area. My bro has the V1 and he likes it but get a lot of false alarms.

I used to think that the V1 was the best, but I've been reading into the 9500ix a lot. I like how it can detect false signals and store them. I like the highway and auto mode. I don't know if the V1 has multiple modes?

HAHA i saw a CLA today as i was walking out of work at like 10:30pm in pasadena, but on regards to V1 I love my V1 and yes it does have multiple modes

Did you check out the CLA250 Launch Edition? Now that's a nice aggressive car at $42K but it's loaded and the CLA45 AMG cosmetic features were thrown in for free basically.

i did actually, it looks great but it's not the right car for my gf, she's looking for a pretty barebones car (i was the one who pushed for the xenons) we're both going back to grad school so money will be tighter soon once we quit our jobs so low payments was very key for us, plus she's been driving accords her whole life so any mercedes should be an upgrade to her

but honestly speaking i wanted her out of an accord, car just didn't feel solid or safe to me

it took quite a while, around 5 hours, good thing I had a lot of work to do and there was a coffee shop next door, the actual work itself.. there are some flaws but I told him and i'm taking it back to get it fixed, so i'll report back
