Hello, european guy here asking for help so ignore my english. So in my BMW e91, 2006 behind the steering wheel, there is a strange vibrating / crackling sound which comes only when parked and car is on or when driving less than 40kmh (25mph). And that sound disappears when the steering wheel turns slightly to the left but when you turn to the right, or when the steering wheel is straight the sound can be heard. The sound has no effect on driving or anything else, but that's a little annoying and help is needed.
