So i have the SULEV 150,000 mile warranty.
I was originally running the AA stage 2 tune, with some troubles, i was eventually able to flash the stock 330i tune from bimmerlabs.

I took her in to have the valve cover gaskets replaced under the warranty.

I returned the rest of the car back to stock sans the muffler and intake scoops.

So my question is, what are the chances they will decline to service me under the warranty?
Is there a chance it will be overlooked? I cant imagine they come across too many n51's
On 330i dme settings lol. I think they might already suspect the AFRs were running rich at some point because they said my cats are toast. Thankfully no emission standards here.
