I just saved your picture on Microsoft picture. Then changed the orientation and re-posted. Try that next time before posting. ( As I don't know which system you're are using)

I think you guys are thinking about the "powder parmesan" that can sit on a shelf for months. This cheese, albeit not the best that I buy, is grated and has a short refrigerated shelf life. I normally buy a block and shred it myself.
