Looking into gettin a 335i

Hey everyone,

I'm currently looking into getting a 335i. Its a 2009 335i xdrive coupe. Its black on saddle brown. Its basically loaded with everything. Navigation, Sports Package, Executive Package, audiophile sound package. They're asking 53,900 for it which i think is a bit high because it has about 35000 km's on it (which i think is a lot for a 1 year old car) however i really like it because it has all the options i want and its also got Dinan Stage II already installed on it.

A couple questions. what do you think on the pricing for a car with that many km's on it. its being sold from a dealership and i realize its going to be more expensive for that reason but what do you think a good deal for this car would be? It does have warrenty till 2013 and CPO extends that to 2015 but i still think that 54 grand is a lot.

My other question is, it has the sports package on it with the 18 inch Style 189 rims and seeing as the car is black, i was thinking about painting the these stock rims black as well. so i was wondering if anyone has an pictures of a black 335i with the black OEM Style 189 rims. i've seen a grey 335 with this style rims painted black but i'd like to see a black one if possible.

EDIT: Another question i had....when i eventually find a 335 thats right for me, i was thinking about installing an exhaust on it...has anyone with an upgraded exhaust had any issues with their factory warranty?

well a 2009 at this point is a 2 year old car (or it could be) so the mileage isn't that off. I'd never buy a car that was tuned already though, to me it means someone beat on it.

i think the in service date is like april 09 or something so ur right it is actually a year and a half old so i suppose the km's aren't too much over.
i agree with you in that it already being tuned could mean that it was driven pretty hard....the woman who traded it in replaced it for a 335is which to me means that she likes like extra power and may have pushed the car pretty hard while she owned it.
