2009 E92 335i xDrive for $34.5k

I'm looking at a used (non-CPO) 2009 E92 335i xDrive with 13k miles. Has auto, navigation, premium, cold, & sport (upgraded to 189 rims) packages.

Original asking price was $38k and I got them down to $34.5k. Clean carfax. Does that sound like a good deal?

Well I usually use edmunds.com to check for what's a "good deal" on used cars. Just go on edmunds.com then click "used cars" and then there should be a TMV (true market value) link. Generally if I see something is at edmunds value, I assume it's a fairly good deal. From what I looked at on it, it's a REALLY good deal, if you have the money then go for it.
