FRM to FRM2 upgrade
I'm looking to purchase a frm2 module for my 328i. However I'm unsure of what to look for exactly. I found this online but wanted to see if anyone can confirm that this is the right module in order to code my drls to angels instead of high beams.

if you have xenon headlights you need one with XE letters in its name
ie E90 E91 XE if you do not have Xenons, you can use that one you found

So the FRM2 module just came in, do I just uninstall the old one and connect this one and code it?

So far it seems to work fine. All I did was install the frm2 and use NCS Exp to code the drl to be the angel eyes on my halogen headlight. I haven't coded my vin to it or anything. Pretty much acted as if it came with the car already and coded what I wanted and it worked.
