Hi res 335I shots. H&R sports, Angel eyes, fogs, new rims + suprise
So I got my car lowered yesterday, I know its dirty. I also got around to changing out my angel eyes and fogs for Mtech bulbs. Everything came out good. I had to take a visit to a bmw dealer and get a warning light reset that went off with my spring install. I think the H&R sports are the perfect drop for the E92. I havent been happier with a drop. I cant wait to get my M6 wheels put on, their sitting in my basement. When I got home from the dealer I had a nice suprise sitting on my doorstep, its the last picture in the set.. Im going to put it on monday. Let me know what you think!

Why would you lower a car that already has a factory performance suspension?

Just as someone would swap for aftermarket wheels, or blackline lights, or any slew of things that people do to their cars to deviate from a stock look so that it looks better in the owner's eyes.

What an improvement over technology that is somewhat compromised to appeal to masses and strike a balance between performance and practicality.
For the performance enthusiast who wants "brilliant" technology, many improvement options are available. Congrats on your performance improving springs. Look great. Can't wait to see it with the wheels on. |

wow...I am speechless really. I dont know that ive seen such a fervent supporter of stock springs...have you ever even seen the difference first hand? Im not saying that the stock springs are not among the best on the road from the factory, but something as simple as a spring or suspension change can make cars like this handle head and shoulders above the rest.
