I'm doing an N54 swap on my 2006 e91 325xi wagon. Drivetrain should be identical to the e90 sedan. Car is in great condition. Motor is still in car and is in full working condition (until swap takes place which is soon).

81k miles.

Available parts are

N52 Engine $1500
Automatic ZF transmission $750
Transfer case $500
or $2000 for it all including accessories attached to engine

ECU DME / CAS / Keys $450
Radiator $75
Front Subframe $250
Steering Rack $150
Driveshaft $80
Rear Diff / half axles $150
Brakes $200 (Brackets / Calipers / used discs and pads)

Do you still have the transfer case and does it come with the Actuator motor as well?
