JB Speed experiences?

I,m about to order an ACS roof spolier from JB painted space grey metallic along with an oem aero lip also painted in SG (obviously) along with some ACS aluminum pedals w/foot rest for my 07 335i coupe,6MT w/sport package. Anyone order any of the body mods from them?Looking for feedback on fit,quality,etc.I have heard nothing but good things about them,so i am just looking for any members with experience with them.Customer service seems fantastic,answering pm,s almost imediately. Also has anyone regreted putting on there roof spoiler for any reason.Nothing to do with the fit or quality,but the looks and cleaning the rear window or any other reason?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated,thanks,Danny

So far I have had no issues with JBSPEED. One thing to be aware of is that it may take a while to get certain parts, like the aero lip. Plan on at least 5 weeks from the time you order until you get it. I ordered an M3 trunk spoiler and the aero lip. The trunk spoiler arrived after 2 weeks (which I thought was reasonable) and looks great. JBSPEED pm'ed me to let me know the aero lip would be delayed, along with a projected delivery date that is 5 weeks from the order date. I can live with that as long as it doesn't take much longer - and as long as it fits perfectly as promised

Well ive ordered a CF Quad diffusor for my car from him almost two weeks ago and i still havent got the trackingnumber... :/

But now he tells me that my diffuser will be shipped out this week and then its okey!

I'm hoping for the best!

One thing is for sure - JBSpeed answeres PM's really fast!

"out of stock" and deliveryproblems he told me after i made the payments. That isnt so fun when youve payed for something already.

I just wanna say that I've ordered a few things from JBSpeed, and I am very impressed with this guys service. I don't know how, but every time I PM this guy, I get a response immediately....and everything gets shipped SUUUUPER FAST, and his prices are simply the best.....hell, often even cheaper than other members' prices for USED stuff....

I have ordered a few things from JBSPEED. Very prompt responses to all questions asked. Quick shipping. Additionally, I had a problem with a roof spoiler that had cracks in the paint when I received it. After explaining the problem and sending pictures of the discrepancies, I received a message within 3 minutes stating that my concerns were noted and was immediately reassured that this problem would be rectified. I will follow up again to note his superb customer service once this is resolved. Also the fitment and color match was dead on.

I bought grilles from him before. They were good but the top pieces needed extra washers to fit right.

I think he gets most of his stuff from other vendors. Like his BOV is the ****** one for example, so he is at the mercy of other vendors as much as we are, no mater how good his service is.

He will take care of you to the extent that he can, and does usually beat others prices on the same products if he can.

JBSPEED is awesome, he may make a few mistakes once in a while or forget here or there. But he sells lots of things and gets many orders. He is human so mistakes are bound to be made here or there. But I can tell you this He fixes his mistakes ASAP and he doesn't lie to you and he tells you he made the mistake and he's sorry. Also If something never made it to you by mail he doesn't say to bad, or prove it he ships you another one. JBSPEED is the man and A+ vendor on this site. No one can compare to him.

Just ordered the E90 M3 AC style Roof spoiler and M3 OEM Style Trunk spoiler for my E90 Montego blue from JB Speed. Gave me a decent package deal but until I receive these two items, I will hold my rating. Last month, I ordered the same items from China and both were junk parts!!!! Cracked paint, poor paint workmanship and the rear spoiler had a big corner chip! The buyer refunded some of the money but overall, it was a waste of time & a few $$! Can't rely on Ebay feedback rating at times! Lesson learned!

Just got my grilles from him. They look fantastic. Plus I caught him in the middle of Chinese New Year and he still got my stuff out.

I also have to say... The packaging is phenomenal. Just phenomenal. Impressed with how the grilles were packaged. To me this is what matters most because nothing worse than receiving broken chit in the mail. A+

I know a lot of people can relate to this....A lot of companies skimp on packaging just to get their product out the door. JBSpeed doesn't.

I ordered a few things from JBspeed - Fast , VERY HONEST, and products came out great !! One thing i would recommend tho is having someone paint any of the products you purchase .
