Buying new wheels, have questions...

I currently have '06 E90 325i with Type 156 (16x7 ET34 205/55 R16)
I'm looking at a set of rims on craigslist for $500 that are 18x8 5x120 with 46mm offset. Will these looks decent? should i expect any problems? Your input is greatly appreciated!! Using the wheel size calculator at the page, I've concluded that the best tires for these setup would be Size: 255/35ZR18 to retain the closest wheel diamater? Please help me out

EDIT: also what do i need to know about TPMS? Will it be compatible with this wheel?

U don't want to run staggered setup?
18x8. 18x9? Or even 19x8.5 19x9.5.
Those offset are high, btw.

Tpms, don't know if it'll fit. What brand are the wheels?
For another 500-700$. U can get great reps like linea corse
or vmr.

Check out the wheel vendor section.
Good luck, u'll find great set of wheels.

The offsets are too high IMO, your stance is gonna look bad. But nothing can't be fixed with some proper spacers.

A few things:

-The original wheels you posted have too conservative of an offset, they will be really tucked under your fenders.
-The tire size you mentioned is way too big for that set up. You would want something more along the lines of a 225/40/18 for an 18x8 wheel.
-The picture of the VMR wheels you posted are hyper silver, not hyper black, just so you're not surprised when a different color shows up on your doorstep.

The size/offsets are really conservative for the car and may sit inside the fender a bit leaving a giant gap. You wont need TPMS as you have an 06.

The setup listed above is the perfect offset and size for your E90. Here's a picture of a TiAg E90 with the VMR VB3 CSL in Hyperblack! I'll shoot you over a PM with more details in regards to the wheels.
