Issue with the DEP pump

2010 335d, had a code for the 47FE (reducing agent metering valve), so after some searching found the possible issues. Checked the valve which is clean. Removed the trunk floor to get access to the pump, found the line to be plugged which I fixed. Looked at the pump and it appeared to be plugged too. Took it off, flushed it out with hot water. The tank is full and doesn't have any crystals. Tried the system with the car at 2000rpm in the driveway, still not working. Unhooked the line feeding the valve and nothing comes out from the pump. Safe to assume the pump is bad?

How would I activate it them without ISTA? Still waiting on my cable. My goal was trying to increase the exhaust temp.

Well this code pops up shortly after it idles in the driveway. I'm trying to get the car road legal and this needs to be fixed for a road inspection.

You may have to wait for cable then.
Metering test will tell for sure if (delivery) pump is operational.
