Quick test fit. Picked up the bumper and headlights used a few weeks ago.

I was able to clean my dirty seatbelts from the DPO (damn previous owner) by unspooling them and then clamping them so they stayed unspooled. Then, I soaked them one at a time in a bucket of Simple Green and warm water sitting on the seat. Left them soak for several hours and they cleaned right up with a bit of brushing.

I started the e90 up. Then I noticed the clock was set back an hour. It appears I haven’t driven it since before daylights savings time…

Put a newer used blower under the dash. Got tired of the squeaking from the old one.

Started a full cooling system refresh. Including Mouse flange, OFHG, and if I'm really motivated, VANOS seals. So far I've drained it and got the lower rad hose off, hopefully without cracking anything (seriously, it was a bear)! It got hot outside so taking a break now. I just found out I don't have the expansion tank hose :-( Probably will go into tomorrow. (Yeah, I know, clearcoat is toast, least of my worries)

Well, got all the cooling hoses swapped out except for the small little one above the water pump. That one is staying factory! Met my match with the oil filter housing... called it quite when I couldn't get anything to that hidden bolt. Ordered a 3/8" swivel as well as a fancy set of Torx swivels that I hope I don't need. But a nice day working on the car!

I am getting ready to do that for my 2010 E91. Radiator is toast - cracked in the usual place. I have all the parts (I think, but you never know until you get it all apart), and may be able to start on it tomorrow. I did the Mickey Mouse flange and water pump/tstat over the past couple of years so those are done already. I've not done this job before so figuring it will take some time.

Getting the new radiator was the biggest stumbling block. First one took over two weeks from order to arrival and when it arrived, the delivery driver left it sitting on my driveway with the box open, the radiator sitting on top of the box, and the stryrofoam packing sitting on top of that. I sent that one back and it only took a few days to get the second one (and the box was more secure with packaging tape in addition to the big staples).

I remember that photo... crazy! They must have shipped it to Alaska and back by mistake!

FYI, the hoses are all pretty easy to swap out. The only one that gave me any issue was the lower radiator hose. Did not want to release from the radiator for nothing. I hopefully didn't damage anything when trying to get it off!!!
