Question Scanner tool recommendation

I'm not into custom modding or coding and just need a way to register a new battery, check diagnostics and other system codes, etc.

I'm trying to decide between Foxwell (dedicated handheld), CarlyApp, and Inpa, but Inpa looks the most cost effective but difficult to use.

Any other recommendations not on this list would be appreciated as well.
