Unfortunately I already know what her fetish is. She has shared too much of herself around here....literally and the production employees talk. All I can say that our poor ladies restroom sink deserves an award.....and probably therapy....

I've never had issues with any lesbian ever. I can't see why we would. We're into the same things usually. Although I have never really had many experiences with the lesbians that have more testosterone than I do. I've had several work for me throughout the years and they were all great.

A coworker openly discussing sexual advances with another coworker who doesn't want is grounds for a sexual harassment claim. Either you're making things up, or you need to stop being walked over and speak up.

Someone's sexuality has nothing to with an unpleasant work environment and actually that's complete discrimination.

In private, off-duty conversations, some of the other women have had no idea about the reference to tuna and a woman. The only reason I mentioned it was that she would, potentially because of her stated sexual preference, have a better understanding of the association.

Personally, at this point I think she is a cool individual, as much as any other of the coworkers I have to share the bathroom with.

By making a joke, I was actually celebrating her difference. I meant no disrespect to her sexuality. There are just no men in the building to commiserate with.

I think you misunderstood. Her discussions were not about me or directed towards me at all. I have no problem with gays/lesbians, but this woman was one of those who knew she could cry "discrimination" the minute someone said something about it, so nobody really questioned her. I agree that some of the things she said/did should have been considered harassment, but I don't think HR wanted to touch that situation with a 10 foot pole unless necessary, fearing she would target them.

The issue was more the open discussion she had daily about her sexuality in the workplace. Regardless of gay/straight it made the environment uncomfortable for those working in it (not just me).
