Look next to the oil filter cap, if there is oil build up in that little triangle indentation then that's definitely your problem. Also check your coolant. When I had my leak, oil got into the coolant housing too because they're so close together.

Took some pics of the Oil filler cap. Some residue, however there is none on the valve cover. How would it make its way all the way to the charge pipe?

No, not there. The oil FILTER cap. It's the big black circle that's on top of the steel looking square. If you are standing in front of your car looking at the engine, there is a small triangle shaped indentation to the right side of that steel square closest to you.

In the picture the oil usually builds up in the area I circled if it's the oil filter gasket.

So there is very little reside in that area. When I took off the stock air box oil literally was pooled, ran down the side and dripped off. also noticed it in another area. See attached pic

to me it seems like to is leaking where the charge pipe is connected to what Im guessing is the throttle body idk.

2nd pic is the power steering reservoir. You should be able to just replace the o-ring to fix that problem. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...41&hg=32&fg=20

As far as the other leak goes, I'm guessing it's the oil filter gasket.

Looking at your first pics. A boost leak is possible at the throttle body/charge pipe joint. It could also be cracked a little. If it was a significant amount of oil it could be because your PCV is not functioning correctly or your seals may be going on the turbos.

Thats what I'm afraid of, this isn't my first turbo car. Oil outside of the engine isn't a good thing ever. I'm going to detail the engine bay this week and see if it reappears. As far as the oil filter gasket there wasn't really any residue outside the housing...
