Let me know where you can buy a BMW dealer on the East coast for $2-3 mil and I will take 2 of them. The last dealer in this area to be sold was Greenwich BMW in CT to DCH that went for well over $50 mil if you include debt repayment etc. Dealerships are always in play just have to know the right people and have a big check book. The big guys that own 30 plus dealers (not all BMW) are out there snatching up anything they can get there hands on.

IMHO, firm/entrepreneur raises that kind of cash on loan.
Banks may give you loan, consider this one of the dealers around here sells about 200 BMW a month, if each car gives them gross profit of $2000 (low estimate) that generates cash flow of about 400K. Not to mention, service, part sales etc. Last I check on my service bill was $1048. BTW, if I had 55mil, a 5% a year on money market will make me happier than owning a BMW dealer. |

65 mil + inventory?? the dealership isn't worth jack without their inventory and the property and fixed assets
