Floyd Bennett Field Runs JBS2 vs. SSTT

btw i was in a 92 honda acorrd sedan. No1 had a chance.

Like Lumi said, it was a driver's race. Bjorn and myself have never raced/tracked our cars before. So for the first 3 runs, we just gunned it on the 3rd honk. For the first run (third vid on this thread), I had no traction at all, that's why Bjorn beat me by about 5 car lengths. IMO, I think that the TT and the JBS2 are about the same. The only difference in the JBS2 is that at around 6,000 RPM it pulls harder than the TT. We did not try to brake launch until the last run, where we only went up to 1,100 RPM and then gunned it on the 3rd honk.

Hopefully, we'll both get better at this and will be able to do better runs. And if the full air strip was available. I think that we could have had better outcomes.

Till next time. lol! Plus, I also think that because I don't have the ZSP with the wider summer tires, I was at a small disadvantage with the traction.

lol! A I've had the JBS2 for a little over a month now. Didn't want to post anything yet because I wanted to make sure that there were no CEL's or problems with the car. So far so good. (knock on wood).

ah I see..I figured you would have kept the TT....shoulda sold it to me lol. I figured youd be the last person around to even think about Terry's box....

I thought so too, but the product speaks for itself. From my dealings with him, he has been nothing but helpful.

So Terry gets an A+++ from me for his product and his customer service.

yup... that was me... yesterday arround 8:45pm...very nice looking car u've got... i love the AW... couldn't really see the interior color ? it was too dark out..

it was really hard to see ur thumbs up with ur tints as well
took me awhile, but the light from your navi help a bit -=X
to bad i didnt have Ez pass, would of had a little fun with ya

btw - very nice looking car, love the rear spoiler and the front lip (o=
maybe we can have a few runs on FBF one day ( im from sheepshead as well )
