x-drive + snows = *tank*

I just had to try out the XI in 6 inches of snow today with snow tires on.
I turned off the DTC for max fun.

It was a tank! (rock)

Last year I ran all seasons. There is no comparison.

This is my first snow in my xi coming from the subaru world and I used to call my outback a "tank"

Blizzaks here too.

The best part is they ride better on dry pavement than the all season run flats. On snow they just rock.

I love it when rednecks in their trucks assume that I`m rear wheel drive and try to pass me in the turning lane . OR!!!!OR!!!! When I`m in turning lane and I pass a redneck on a straight!!!! Best feeling ever.

My kuhmo all seasons have performed perfectly in the few inches of snow around here and even going up a steep hill covered in ice. I cant imagine how great the blizzaks must be.

Thanks buddy...

KW V1 suspension and Enkei RPF1's for wheels. My wheel gap was huge before the drop, definitely happy with the modification.

When I pulled out of my garage this morning I had a big smile on my face

I didnt get a chance to put the xDrive and winter tires to the test because traffic was bad but what I did experience was awesome. I may look for an icy parking lot tonight and get a feel for the capabilities of the car.

I'm running Nokian winter tires and they are absolutely amazing on snow. Warmer weather and dry payment however is a nightmare because the tire is soo soft...
