255 might be stretched on a 9.5" wheel. You may want to consider a 265.

i have those measurements and they work perfectly and still stay within oem roadlegal sizes as noted on cardoor. they will be stretched a bit but not a problem at all

Since you are a sedan you can run 235/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear. I've had this setup for 3 years. It is a near perfect match in outside diameter and no rubbing at all on stock suspension w/ et 35 front and 33 rear.

Can you run a staggered setup on an xi system? My dealer told me it might cause the track to mess up and that's a little too aggressive for an xi sedan. I have a 328xi and wanted to do something similar for my summer tires. Will it cause issues and does anyone have pics of 19" on the car? Thanks a mil,

Yes you can. As I mentioned I have been doing it for three years with no issues. Your dealer has no idea what they are talking about, especially considering that BMW sells a staggerred set of tires/wheels on the XI as an option. The width of the tire / wheel combination has nothing to do with the XI system. It is the outside diameter that is important.

Go to the Tire/Wheel section and search - there are tons of pics in there.
