Rear Bumper protection

Anyone seen or modded something to protect the top of the rear bumper? I have a wagon and there are some scratches from pulling stuff out of the rear. I was thinking of some CF or maybe a vinyl treatment instead of repainting. Any thoughts?

Not positive if BMW makes these for a wagon (I don't see why not as they make them for an E92) but they have (3) different products OEM for this purpose:

Protective Loading Edge Mat
Load Compartment Protective Cover
Load Edge Protector

The 1st (2) products are actually cargo mats that have an extended flap that flips out over your rear bumper to protect it from scratches during loading - not gonna help you out now with hiding the existing scratches though

3rd product is a custom precut 3M vinyl cover that adheres to top of your rear bumper (just like the clear bra concept) - also to prevent scratches - but they make this in both clear & black - so black may work for you...

That's definitely the piece I am looking for. I thought it would pretty sweet to have a piece of formed cf there, but not popular enough I'd guess. I wonder if Di Noc film would work well there as well?
