Alpina D3 2006/7 oil

Hi can anyone help which oil to use on the alpina D3 2006/7?

any Fully Synthetic oil thats "AECA A3/B3" rated.

BMW "LLxx" is just BMW's name for the above spec oil.

I personally use 5w40, but I change it regularly, if you want a longer service life, go with 5w30.
