Hot air issue?

hi guys,
I've noticed now that for the past few weeks, my heater system is only blowing out hot air?
Even when the ac is on, the hot air is coming through.
Strangest part is that even when I switch off the heaters- hot air comes through. I believe it is only the top vents which blows it through.
Anyone come across this before?

Most likely your AC needs regassed, then see for any leaks

would that cause for hot air to come through even with the heater panel switched off?

This may be stating the obvious but what about the position of the temp control for the top vents?

haha yes i've checked that

would it be possible for that dial to be broken at all?

IDK. You could put a thermometer in the front of vent and move the wheel to see if it makes a difference.
