Some retaining clip fell off on the floor mat
Some retaining clip fell off on the floor mat. Any idea where it can come from?
Looks like BMW Circlip - Genuine BMW 07119904911  Yesterday I removed the cover on pedals to have a look and there are so many things, I guess you have to know where it comes from. Here is the video of my investigations. View post on imgur.com |

Hard to tell. For starters check the brake and clutch pedal pivot bearing retaining clips are all in place...

I think it is the pivot for the Brake Pedal.
I have seen this before like 6 years ago. I just forgot where it goes. Look at 23 location on this realoem.com link. this is for Left Hand driven vehicle. Just note, there may be more than 1 location, but on this link it shows 2 locations. https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=35_0307 |
