Emergency 2009 328i pricing question

Hey guys! some of you may know i am looking to trade my low mileage evo for a bmw
a mitsubishi dealer is calling me because they want my car and they have a bmw i like .. i know the value of my car as on other forums i already have people who said how much i can push it to and how much is over...
now i need your guys' help
here is the information on the car i would like to get a value on..
Year: 2009
Make: BMW
Model: 328
Trim: i w/SULEV
Bodystyle: Sedan
Doors: 4 door
Mileage: 34,015 miles
Exterior Color: Titanium
Interior Color: black
they listed it as $24,888
i know because of the new models some of the values of the older ones are dropping slowly... can you guys please let me know how much i can lower this to? i really want a bmw !
thanks a lot guys i really appreciate it!
hopefully i can work this out with them and get a bmw!

You really want to get into a 328? Not bashing them at all, seeing as I drive one, but since you're coming from an Evo I figured you would have wanted something a bit faster.

well i like bmw's and all and dont really care except for the 1 i dont like that... but coming from an evo it doesn't really matter for me! haahah only 17! ill have a bunch of cars in my lifetime! but anyways... i drove a 2007 honda accord! it didn't really matter to me if it was fast or not just something with at least 230

Please do not buy the car just for the badge. Find the right car for you. A 328 is dull and boring especially if it doesn't have the sport suspension. Find a used 335 with Sport/M-Sport package. You will be much happier in the long run.

I read the exact opposite as in pricing for the e90s... I read that people are not fond of the new look or engines in the f30s... Though it is just talk so who knows.

I have a 2010 boring rwd bimmer and love it, besides a few fixable issues...

See! haha You can get some decent 335's at that price point. My 328, with installed sport suspension, (non sport car though) is still a fun drive, especially compared to other cars i've driven. Having driven the 335i however, there is no comparison. As soon as I have more than 2 people in the car, I lose a ton of power and need to be redlining it to squeeze out whatever is left. Even though you'll have a ton of cars in your lifetime, you might as well do it right the first time. After the honeymoon period ends when you get a new car you'll start thinking, I wish it had more power.

get a 335i in the same price range. I drive a 135i and i got it when i was 17. Best decision of my life. the X35i's are crazy bro. Im 19 now and im almost 450wrhp and i have the fastest car out of all my friends and maybe in my city. You can spend a 2000 and make it that fast as well! youll be annoyed of the 328i of how slow it is as my sister has one! lol

If you have that much to spend, get an 08 335. You'll be so much more happy, trust me..the n52's get boring sometimes, my 330 is border line alright..I can't imagine driving a 325 or 28 now no offense. But if I had that much I'd get a 335..I had ~15-16 to spend and that's only because I found a really good deal on my 330.
